By using the Blackcomb-shop website (referred further as "website") and by ordering products from website, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

By visiting website, you agree that the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these "Terms & Conditions" and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Blackcomb-shop.eu.

Website and all information, content, products and services included on or otherwise made available to you through website are provided on "as is" and "as available" basis. Website owner makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied as to the operation of the website or its content. You expressly agree to use this site on your own risk.

Prices, content and information on website

Great effort is made to display prices of products and services right, however sometimes error may occur and the pricing information might not reflect the current state. Product information including textual and graphical representation is displayed with no warranties on its correctness or completeness.

User registration

Registration is not obligatory. However, if you register, you can get these bonuses:

  • you can get repeated purchase discount
  • you can follow your order fulfilment course
  • you have the possibility to be informed via e-mail about sales and certain product discounts or when a new article is in stock

Return policy

Goods exchange and refund

If you received your parcel and you have found out that the product you ordered is small or too big or it does not exactly fulfil your ideas about the product itself, do not despair. We will willingly exchange your product or you will get your refund. In accordance with the law, the customer has the right to have his product exchanged or get the money for the article back within 14 days from the product delivery, reason free.

If you decide for the exchange, please, in any case, follow below-mentioned steps:

  • in the package, put a copy of your invoice + cover note with the text: I ask for goods exchange for...
  • send the parcel to the address:RM Corporation s.r.o., Oldřichovice 738, 739 61 Třinec, Czech Republic If you ask for your refund, follow below-mentioned steps:
  • in the package, put a copy of your invoice + cover note with the text: I withdraw from the contract and I ask for refund
  • in the cover note, give your address, phone number, e-mail and IBAN/bank account number, SWIFT code, at which you want to receive your money.
  • The article is to be in the original packing, with all the tags, not damaged, not used, clean, it cannot smell of cigarette smoke, in short, it has to be able to be sold further.If you ask for your refund for the goods ordered, you will get a full refund for the goods bought including postage, i.e. a parcel sent to you by Snowboard-online.eu. This does not include postage for the parcel sent by the customer. The first exchange of goods is free of charge! It means that you pay only postage when sending the goods to us, not the postage back.

    You can keep the gift pack when asking for the goods exchange.

    In no case should you send the parcel C.O.D.!

    Sales returns

    Each customer of Blackcomb-shop.eu is entitled to sales returns within 24 months from the product delivery. Blackcomb-shop.eu is obliged to settle a claim no later than within 30 days since claiming. Guarantee does not apply to damages caused by:

    • unauthorized use of goods
    • mechanical damage or ordinary wear
    • damage due to fire or other elements

    If you find out any defect, you must cease using the product and lodge a claim immediately. If you do not do it so and the defect is then greater due to subsequent use, you take risk of your claim not being admitted or repaired by the importer.

    The product cleaned properly, impurity-free and not wet is to be sent to the address:

    We deliver parcels all around the world via UPS.

    UPS Express Saver Service takes usually 2-3 days worldwide (transport by air), UPS Standard Service takes 3-6 days for EU countries, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, San Marino and Andorra (terrestrial transport).

    Please add the goods to the cart and see the price for the transport which depends on the weight, size and type of the goods.

    When accepting credit cards we use 3D-Secure solution – the most modern application of card associations MasterCard and Visa that enables safe credit card payment on the internet. You enter the data of your credit card directly to the bank; nobody of our employees has the access to your credit card data. Data transfer is carried out via safe protocol HTTPS, which encodes the information.

    How do you pay?

    If you decide to pay by credit card for your chosen goods/service, choose a type of your credit card. You will be then directed to our processing bank – you will be asked there to enter the card data: credit card number, credit card expiration date and CVV2/CVC2 – the last three-digit number printed on the signature strip of your credit card.

    The information is entered directly to the payment page of the processing bank that provides insoluble encoded data transfer and the bank notifies us only of the result of authorization and the execution of order may be carried out then. You credit card may not be misused by any entity you buy the goods from and free transfer of unprotected data via the public computer network may not occur. You will get informed via your e-mail on the result of transaction.

    If the bank does not confirm the payment by your credit card , this may happen because of:

    We accept VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and Maestro credit cards. Issuing banks enable the use of embossed (relief) cards. Using VISA Electron and Maestro electronic credit cards is possible only if your issuing bank supports it. The banks also offer so called virtual cards designed for making and receiving online payments.

    Discounts for ISIC, ITIC, IYTC, EURO<26 card holders and other discounts

    If you are a holder of valid ISIC, ITIC, IYTC or EURO<26 card, we will offer you 12 % discount.

    Discount conditions:

    • discount is deducted from the catalog price (if it concerns the product with more than 12% discount, a claim to discount cannot be set up)
    • discounts cannot be summed up
    • discount cannot be applied on gift vouchers
    • discout cannot be accepted retrospectively
    • when filling the order, enter the number of the card and card holder's name
    • contact name in the order must coincide with card holder's name.

    Important notice

    The above mentioned discounts will not apply to orders for any cameras from our offer.
